Illustration, book design and lettering for Alehandro Jodorowsky’s book Tarot for Arete publishing
Longlisted for the World Illustration Awards 2022
The brief suggested using the Star card as the starting point for the design. That later evolved to incorporate The Sun, The Moon and The Star card in the final design.
Another important aspect of the brief was to figure out how to make this book a part of the already published series of books by the same author which was managed through the use of bright colours and similar lettering style.
